ORDERING
Each Hastings Hill Woodworks piece is made to order, individually numbered, signed and dated. If you wish to order an item you see in our gallery, we will first need to discuss your many options in the creation process: wood type, finish tone, dimensions and details.

You may also choose to commission an entirely new design. After discussing the desired piece, we will send or fax you a drawing of the item, as well as a price quote. Upon your review of the design, we will then make any alterations necessary to optimize your satisfaction with our product.

Hastings Hill Woodworks requires a 50% deposit when your detail selections have been finalized and the order is placed. Upon receipt of your deposit, the items in your order will be scheduled for construction, and you will be informed of an estimated completion date. Depending on the time of the year and workload, this may be between 6 and 10 weeks. 

SHIPPING
We are a small Vermont family-owned business with one company van to our name. Therefore, your shipping options are as follows:

• You may pick up your furniture yourself at our workshop in Waitsfield, VT. We love to show our customers where it all begins and we welcome any opportunity for you to visit us in person, see our workshop and meet the people who make Hastings Hill Woodworks work.
• We can deliver your furniture personally with our van, if the destination falls within a reasonable radius. Balance payment is due upon receipt of your furniture.
• If you require longer distances we will arrange for your piece to ship via best available commercial freight, insured against any loss or damage incurred in transit. In this case, your balance payment is due one week prior to shipment.

Our prices do not include shipping. The shipping method and cost will vary by destination. Please inquire for estimates or more information. Orders delivered to Vermont addresses or picked up at our workshop are subject to 6% VT sales tax. All items will be carefully and appropriately wrapped prior to departure. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

Hastings Hill Woodworks accepts cash, checks or money orders. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
